Frequently Asked Questions

Smaller/Private Parties: Bounce house owners are expected to arrive between 45 minutes and 1 hour prior to the commencement of the party.

Larger Events (School, Church, Festivals): Bounce house owners are expected to arrive between 1.5 hours and 2 hours prior to the commencement of the party.

• We need time to unload and set up safely.
• Allowance for inflation, securing the unit, and safety checks. 
• Time to review rules with the customers or organizers.
• Buffer for unexpected delays (weather, traffic, etc.)

We strive for flexibility and will deliver at the most convenient time for all parties. The available delivery times are listed on the appointment page. Bounce house rental requirements vary among units, ranging from 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours. Overnight rentals are not currently offered.

Weather-related Cancellations: 

We acknowledge the unpredictability of weather conditions, especially in Indiana. Should you need to cancel due to inclement weather, please notify us at your earliest convenience. There will be no cancellation fees or associated stress. We will permit you to reschedule your booking for free if given a 48-hour notice. 

Other Cancellations:

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. These cancellations will be accommodated. However, a second cancellation following a reschedule for unreasonable reasons will result in forfeiture of your deposit. We kindly ask that you respect our time as we will respect yours. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and cash. 

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit helps us finalize your rental and schedule your delivery or pickup time. If you need to cancel due to weather, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can adjust your reservation accordingly. 

A travel fee of $10 will be applied for every 25 miles traveled to your event location. This fee will be included in your total cost, regardless of whether payment is made by cash or card. Please note that applicable sales tax will also be added to the final amount.

 We do not supply water for events. However, we do provide a hose that can be connected to a water source of your choice.
 

 Electricity is not provided. If needed, a generator is available for rent. We do supply extension cords to connect to your selected power source. 

 Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
